1. Acceptance of Terms

Vee Tech supplies software licensing, subscriptions, and end-user and infrastructure hardware, sourced through authorised distribution. Where installation or support services are arranged through a partner, those services are provided by the partner under the partner's own terms.
3. Service Levels
Vee Tech does not offer service level or response-time commitments unless they are agreed in writing. Delivery timeframes for products depend on distributor and vendor availability.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vee Tech's liability is limited to the value of the products or services supplied.
